As always, we are prepared for growth and ready for change. Today we have some announcements in both arenas. After trudging this long in the hosting industry we've learned one thing; our customers need choices. Choices are like gold when you are a business in this day and age. Because of that we are announcing updated pricing, giving you more choices, as well as a new data center, also giving you another choice. The Izoox Partner Eco-System

Part of the new and exciting changes we are making at Izoox is defining new and strategic partnerships. These partnerships are long term relationships with companies who are industry leading superstars that we've joined with to bring our customers better hosting products. Our first and most pivotal of these partnerships was with GoGrid. They are an IaaS (infrastructure as a service) company who specializes in cloud servers. They also allow us to offer incredible dedicated servers, load balancers, as well as cloud storage. With GoGrid handling the hardware and network backbone of Izoox, this freed us up to build custom software implementations on top of that infrastructure, therefore providing better hosting solutions to our end users. New Izoox Hosting Website Launches!

Last night at 10pm MST we launched our new site! This is a huge step for us as we turn a new leaf with the company. We are in the process of focusing the divisions of Izoox. If you received our recent newsletter you'll know that this means we'll have a division for hosting and a division for web design and development. While we cannot yet release the details of the new web design brand, we can tell you that this will all be in favor of each of our customers. Scheduled Server Maintenance

This is a general notice of scheduled server maintenance. More details will be sent to customers directly. Due to facility upgrades and renovations at our data center, there is a scheduled server downtime for tomorrow, April 28th, 2010. The downtime is needed to physically move the servers from their current location to an upgraded location in the data center facility. The downtime in any given case (excluding VPS servers) is expected not to exceed 1 hour. For most servers, the downtime is scheduled to begin at 10:30pm MST with connectivity regained by 11:30pm MST at the latest. For those with VPS servers, downtime is scheduled to begin at 9:45pm MST with connectivity regained by no later than 11:00pm MST. For customers who access Izoox-hosted email through webmail: We have recently made a few upgrades to our system, of which, one that may concern you. If you use or have bookmarked http://www.izooxmail.com to access your domain's webmail, please begin using http://webmail.your-domain-name.com to access your domain's webmail; the domain http://www.izooxmail.com is no longer available for webmail use and all domains have a personalized webmail address to be used. For example, if your domain name is coffeerocksexample.com then you will access your webmail at http://webmail.coffeerocksexample.com. If you have any domain users who still access http://www.izooxmail.com, be sure to inform them of this change immediately. An additional note, we will be rolling out a new and exciting webmail interface for you in the coming week! Login and check your webmail next week to experience the planned upgrades.
